Free AI writing checker
Paste a draft to highlight common signs of AI writing: not-X-but-Y contrasts, one-line closers, em dashes, AI vocabulary, chatbot residue and more. It uses a subset of the Humanizer skill's 26 patterns and runs entirely in your browser. Nothing you paste leaves this page.

A checker can only match phrases. It cannot tell whether a contrast corrects a real belief or whether three items really are three. To rewrite the text the way an editor would, run it through the Humanizer skill in your AI agent.
What this checker looks for
Each rule maps to a numbered pattern on the patterns page. The checker flags fixed phrases (like "let that sink in" or "stands as a testament"), punctuation (em dashes, curly quotes), emojis, and words that models overuse. Some patterns, like forced triads or re-explaining context, need judgment, so the checker skips them.
A high count does not prove a text was AI-generated, and a clean result does not prove a person wrote it. Human writers use every one of these moves sometimes. Treat the results as an editing list.
